Welcome to Andon Lapa Hotel & Spa.
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Included in the Room Rate

The room rate includes the following services and facilities:

• Breakfast
• Indoor swimming pool
• Outdoor swimming pool
• Beach umbrella and sun loungers
• Jacuzzi
• Sauna
• Steam room
• Fitness center (gym)
• Parking

All included services are subject to hotel operating hours, seasonal availability, weather conditions, and maintenance schedules.

2. City Tax

A mandatory city tax of €3 per person per night is not included in the room rate.

This fee must be paid separately upon arrival or during the stay at the hotel reception.

Children exempt from city tax are subject to local legislation and hotel policy.

3. Reservation & Payment Policy

Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or release any reservation for which payment has not been completed within the specified payment deadline.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made through the following methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or other supported cards)
• Secure online payment link
• Bank transfer to the official hotel bank account

Online Card Payments

For online card payments:

• The cardholder must be authorized to use the payment card.
• The hotel reserves the right to request identification or additional verification for security purposes.
• In case of failed, rejected, or suspicious transactions, the reservation may be suspended or cancelled until payment verification is completed.
• Any bank charges, exchange rate differences, or payment processing fees charged by the customer’s bank remain the responsibility of the guest.

Bank Transfer Payments

For payments made via bank transfer:

• The guest must use the bank details officially provided by the hotel.
• All bank transfer fees and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the sender.
• The reservation will only be considered confirmed once the funds are received in the hotel’s bank account.
• Guests may be requested to send proof of payment after completing the transfer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All reservations are Non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, no-show, early departure, or modification of the reservation dates, the total amount paid will not be refunded.

The hotel strongly recommends that guests obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in

• From 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM

Check-out

• From 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM

Additional Conditions

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests may be required to present a valid passport or identification document upon arrival.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in accordance with applicable laws and hotel policies.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Respect hotel property, facilities, and other guests
• Follow all hotel safety and spa regulations
• Supervise children at all times, especially in pool and wellness areas
• Avoid causing noise disturbances or disruptive behavior

The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for damages caused intentionally or through negligence.

7. Spa, Pool & Wellness Facilities

Use of the swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and fitness center is at the guest’s own risk.

Guests are advised to follow all posted rules and safety instructions.

The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or loss of personal belongings within wellness or public areas unless caused directly by proven hotel negligence.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Power outages
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Strikes
• Transportation disruptions
• Technical failures

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information provided during the reservation process will be used solely for booking management, payment processing, guest communication, and legal obligations.

The hotel takes reasonable measures to protect guest data and does not share personal information with unauthorized third parties except where required by law or payment providers.
